Big News for 2012

Tourist Trap USA will begin posting comics every Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting April 2nd! So Bookmark the page, sign up to the email feed, and like our Facebook page to stay updated! TT facebook

Before that begins though the Spin off comic strip 'The Holiday's' will be in a contestant. It's the 2012 amatuer cartoonist contest that Tourist Trap was in last year. The contest starts Feburary 6th and here is a link to to contestant page. Contestant page The Holiday's is a comic strip that stars a family while on vacation. Bringing it back

I've been thinking pretty hard about bringing the comic back. It's got a new art style and a new theme of also going out into the town and experiencing the funny attractions. A lot of the same old jokes will be there too, but not as much geek stuff. I'm going to accumulate a few months in advance and try to submit it to a syndication company to get it in the papers! Here is a sample.

Happy Thanksgiving

So I'm taking the week off from the comic. I will return with a new story arch next week. It doesn't really go with the feel of this week. Between the writers strike, Thanksgiving, and me starting work as the relief auditor for 3 different resorts, it will be a little hard to make comics that incorporate well into this week. Tourist trap will return next week, and have a happy Thanksgiving!

takeing a break

So I know I haven't posted like I said I would. to be honest. a daily comic has been very time consuming. So I decided to take the week off. I will have a new comic Tuesday or so.

Ok I have an idea to pay tribute.. but I was working the graveyard last night. So I need to sleep, but I should get it online later tonight and start getting into the regular story tomorrow.
